Freedom from Smoking Program

River Valley Health and Dental Center has partnered with the American Lung Association to offer the Freedom from Smoking program FREE here at the health center beginning June 20th from 5:30-7:00 pm. This 8 week group will include support, education and free nicotine replacement therapy (patches, gum, lozenges) to help individuals motivated to quit smoking. This class is open to patients, staff, family, friends, community members etc. If you or someone you know is interested in participating in the on-site course please let me know.

Alternatively, residents living in Lycoming, Clinton, Centre, Union, Snyder, Potter, and Tioga counties can also sign up for a FREE Freedom From Smoking Plus membership. Freedom From Smoking Plus provides education and support through an online program allowing flexibility to complete the course on your own time. The Freedom From Smoking Plus online program also offers FREE nicotine replacement therapy.
